This document is designed to be used in connection with the supply of goods via a web site. It assumes the following:

* that it is for the sale of products to consumers

* that payment will be made via an on line payment mechanism and goods will only be despatched once cleared funds have been received

* that you will arrange delivery and be responsible for the delivery to the customer

* that the cost of delivery is made clear from the web site

As with all ACID generic agreements, this is a standard document and some clauses will not be relevant to your particular business. It is advised that you have the document checked by a lawyer prior to use should you alter the contents.
