ACID Standard Terms and Conditions of Business
The generic ACID Terms and Conditions of Business include a standard set of basic conditions to which additional specific clauses relevant to a particular set of circumstances can be added and included if required. By including the clauses specific to intellectual property rights in your terms and conditions of business you will raise awareness of your ownership of these rights.
Important Note: The ACID Licence/Royalty Agreement and Standard Terms & Conditions of Business Template are intended to be a starting point for creating agreements which fulfil the user’s needs. It is important to remember that no two situations are the same and it is likely that not all clauses will be appropriate or suitable for any one situation. It is strongly recommended that you obtain specialist IP legal advice on amending these documents to suit your particular circumstances.
A glossary of legal terms is available on the ACID website or by emailing help@acid.uk.com. It is strongly recommended that before using any of the above reusable agreements you call the ACID legal hotline for advice.
